It is my hope that more and more women will donate their milk to other moms and babies in need.Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10044848132874174201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3112549216756344228.post-85937796121335146962010-08-16T20:48:34.395-05:002010-08-16T20:48:34.395-05:00I am so glad to read about this sight. I tried unsuccessfully to find a recipient for an abundance of frozen breast milk that I no longer needed once my 4 month old preemie started nursing. After calling hospitals, midwives and milk banks, etc.... I finally ended up pouring it down the drain. I was so frustrated that I could not find anyone that would take it. This network is wonderful!!!ramseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14186309820691751092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3112549216756344228.post-26772696135928239442010-08-15T10:47:02.394-05:002010-08-15T10:47:02.394-05:00I am a milk donor! I wanted to donate and I am also following a no dairy plan since my little one has food issues as well.Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13078311901605463184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3112549216756344228.post-76378089614664879172010-08-09T14:47:07.958-05:002010-08-09T14:47:07.958-05:00Milkshare.com! No cost for the milk, just the shipping and if you can pick the milk up yourself, it's free.

All they ask is that recipient moms donate $20 to keep the site going. It's free for donor moms:)Chelseahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01891985947968713844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3112549216756344228.post-3026219082141153062010-08-09T14:35:38.160-05:002010-08-09T14:35:38.160-05:00Lovely story. Canada only has one, yes one, milk bank and it is on the west coast. If you want to donate you have to pay for shipping. And the post office won't ship it, you have to ship it like it is a hazardous bio waste. I can only imagine that actually using the bank to get milk must be even harder.Krishttp://katiescloset.etsy.comnoreply@blogger.com
